When I order hearing aids, what comes in the box?

How do I set them up?

You can request for your hearing aids to come pre-set with your hearing settings based on your Speech Perception Test or a conventional hearing test. This can help you get a head start on setting up your hearing aids.

After that you use the hearing aid programmer that came in the box with your hearing aids, together with simple and complete instructions to use our IHearYou application. You will be amazed at what you can do! As well as the instruction booklet, we also have help on our website including a series of YouTube videos to show you how.

What if I still need more help?

There is no such thing as a silly question! We love helping you out and we provide remote support to you for free. You can call us, email, or schedule a screen sharing session with us. Our experts can even send you your very own, personalised TuneUp files which you can load into your hearing aids to fine tune them automatically.

But what if, despite everything, I don’t like them?

Not a problem! You know what your ears like best. We do not offer complex clause-ridden hearing aid trials because we want to take the hassle and complexity out of purchasing hearing aid. Your hearing aids should work well and come with as much support as you need. That is why if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the hearing aids to us in good condition within thirty days and we will refund your purchase. No explanations required from you and no pushy sales pitch from us. It is simple, straightforward, and risk free.

The thirty day refund period starts from the day you receive the hearing aids. We thought you would like that!

Of course, we will not refund the hearing aids if they are lost or if they are damaged. If you choose to return your hearing aids, we recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. We cannot be responsible for hearing aids damaged or lost in transit to us. You assume any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit and so we advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. From our experience, the cost of postage ranges from $15 to $50 within Australia.
